We are uniquely qualified to provide you with MCACES estimates on all Corps of Engineers jobs. (Note that use of MCACES is required for the the majority of COE estimates.) We are expert in the preparation of these cost estimates, whether for budgetary purposes, or to assess the reasonableness of bids and proposals provided by contractors.
At Construction Estimating Services, LLC, we take great care to provide our customers high quality, accurate cost products for many types of civil works projects, particularly those of the US Army Corps of Engineers (COE).

Schedules are prepared using MS Project. Durations are obtained from the cost estimate, and logic is added in the Project software.
Detailed and defensible quantity takeoffs are produced using the industry-leading software, OnCenter. A record of the QTO is generated as quantities are computed, facilitating review and tracking.
COE Dredge Estimating
Using the Cost Engineering Dredge Estimating Program (CEDEP), we will prepare your dredge estimate in a detailed and accurate manner, meeting all applicable regulations.
Contingency figures computed using this advanced method will help insure against cost overruns, since project uncertainties will be accounted for in a comprehensive manner.
COE Abbreviated Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis

We work virtually with various engineering teams using modern collaboration tools, including GoToMeeting software and the Dropbox cloud website.
